Start of something new

It has always been a goal of mine to improve in my health and fitness. Well, today is the day to get started. I have decided to document my progress in the form of a diary submission on my blog. I want to make this a project and I know that it will take a lot of seriousness on my part to make this happen.

There will be two aspects to this project. The first will be documenting my eating habits and creating plans to achieve lower weight, and the other aspect will evolve around exercise. I seriously want to lose the extra kilos and to also achieve a better fitness level. I will be documenting my progress and coming up with plans for achieving a better result.
